Location: Franklin – McKinley School District


Project Description: This school had not been renovated for 40 years and it was in dire need for a full modernization. The upgrades included full renovation of the classrooms, toilet rooms, multi-purpose room, voluntary structural upgrades, site security, and playground upgrades. Together, with interior improvements, the Administration Building was reconfigured to meet current campus needs by adding more work area, reconfiguration the circulation space and addition of a conference room. The entire site was upgraded to meet current ADA requirements. The project was completed in 2010, with a construction cost of $7 million.
