Project Description: Educare Learning Center is a state-of-the-art school that serves at-risk children from birth to five years. Educare mission is family involvement that strengthens parents’ abilities to serve as champions for their child’s learning from infancy through their primary and secondary school educations. As a part of nationwide Bounce Learning Network, Franklin McKinley Educare Learning Center is first school in the state of such nature and it will serve as an example where public and private dollars do social miracle for disadvantaged communities. The services offered in the center will include classrooms, toddler rooms, parent resource center, offices, conferences, library, staff recreational areas, multiuse and kitchen. The project is under design; with $ 12 million budget is it is plan to be completed in 2013.
