Project Description: The Mtn. View Los Altos Union High School District was worried that the student population was growing faster than anticipated and needed to pass a bond to build a new classroom building. As the site lacked space for new construction, this beautifully designed 2 story classroom building was “squeezed” into the last bit of space out toward the existing playfields. This newly constructed classroom building was designed to obtain LEED Gold and incorporated the latest in technological advancements.

Construction cost was $9,000,000. This project was occupied in 2013. This project has 21st Century Technologies and flexibility.
