Location: San Jose, CA

Project Description: An eight classroom building with an interior upper corridor, this building was constructed within 6 months at a lower cost compared to standard “stick frame” construction. With two interior stairwells and an elevator, this building features a clock tower and other amenities. The classrooms, downstairs, house children with special needs with accessible toilet facilities. The children upstairs exit away from the downstairs functions to keep the children physically separated as they have separate programs and needs.

This 12,000 square foot two story classroom project was completed in 2012, with a construction cost of at $3.1 million.
